Management Team
Peter Mao
Peter Mao founded Senserbot in 2016 together with two other co-founders from A*STAR and is responsible for Senserbot’s overall business strategy and operations. Peter has more than 30 years of business experience in the management of technology companies and joint ventures, including ST Electronics (General Manager) and InfoVista Asia Pacific (President and CEO). Before starting Senserbot, Peter was based in France managing a software start-up which he exited before coming back to Singapore. Peter graduated with a Software Engineering degree from École Supérieure d’Informatique in Paris, France, under a Singapore Government Public Service Commission Scholarship. In his pastime, Peter loves traveling, reading, playing golf and keeping fit. Peter is married to a French lady and has 2 daughters who are based overseas in Okinawa, Japan and Namibia.
Goh Chean Khan
Chean Khan joined Senserbot in October 2017 as a RFID Engineer and has been promoted to various roles including his current position of Director of Projects and Pre-Sales, where he is in charge of project management, deployment, tech support, and pre-sales of the company robots. From 1st July 2026, Chean Khan will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where he will be in charge of the operations of the company. A hands-on manager with strategic vision and attention to detail, Chean Khan excels in shelf-reading robot deployment and RFID technologies as well as in managing large complex projects with demanding customers. He is presently the Project manager for all the company projects with NHB and NEA and also support the CEO in the library business on a global scale. Prior to Senserbot, Chean Khan specialized in antenna design at Singapore’s Institute for Infocomm Research, where he patented 4 designs and published 20 academic papers. His work was awarded the IES Prestigious Engineering Achievement Award in 2013. Outside of work, Chean Khan enjoys visiting museums and exploring customer experience trends.
Seah Zheng Rong
Zheng Rong joined Senserbot on May 2022 as a deployment and technical support engineer supporting customers on the library robots. He has since been promoted to manage the Deployment and Technical team with hands-on experience in the robotics industry, specializing in system support, troubleshooting, and operational management. Skilled in coordinating technical teams, resolving complex issues, and ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance of robotic solutions. Passionate about bridging technology and customer needs while driving reliable and efficient robotic operations.
Margaret Bai
Experienced in client relations and operations across banking, hospitality, and administration. Margaret has a strong background in stakeholder engagement, operational coordination, and delivering high standards of professional support across diverse business functions including Office Management and HR much needed by Senserbot for the Company to scale its operations. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys spending time in nature and walking. A self-professed food enthusiast, she takes pleasure in discovering new dining experiences and unwinds with a good drama series.

Dr. Ho Chin Keong
Dr. Li Renjun
Dr. Li Renjun is an advisory board member guiding Senserbot’s entrance into China. A former Research Scientist at I2R A*STAR and robotics lead on the “Robot-Assisted RFID Shelf-Reading” project, he is also a co-inventor of a patent on high-accuracy surface-following robots. He holds a PhD from the National University of Singapore and formed Senserbot with Peter Mao and Dr. Ho Chin Keong in 2016 as one of the co-founders managing Senserbot’s R&D department. Dr. Li currently serves as Head of the Embodied AI Lab at Rosiwit Cobotics, Nanjing, China.
Haruki Yamashita
Haruki Yamashita is the advisory board member guiding Senserbot’s entrance into Japan. Yamashita-san is the former Managing Director of NTT DoCoMo Engineering Training Center in Japan, and was also the General Manager of NTT DoCoMo’s representative offices in Manila and Singapore.
